Reseated and sprayed Deoxit in the ambient air temp connector just in case. No change in operation of the engine.

UPDATE - I now have the logs for the engine. Right away it showed faults that lead to the problem. Here are some screen shots and the files.

Having trouble attaching the logs. I will send them directly to anyone who would like to look.

It looks like a problem with a Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) Sensor, and a rear Spark Plug is misfiring.
Recheck the connectors on the Temperature sensor on the Airbox and have a look at the Plugs in the rear cylinders (3&4).

I am going to openly admit to being ignorant.
Can someone explain the reference to the "TPU Test" ???
What does that mean specifically ???

Rechecked and secured the MAT sensors with zip ties. Checked one of the rear plugs, looked fine. Checked and cleaned all of the ground connections.
It just won't make the RPM's it should. The experts are now leaning to swapping the ECU as it is simply acting strange.
