The oil readings reported here are after burping.

Have you found any resolution to your oil consumption?
My best estimate is I burn about 30ml/hr but only when I'm doing long cross countries at high altitude 7.5k-10.5k. Flying locally at low power settings reduces the consumption.
I've tried moving some oil line around to but haven't seen a noticeable change. the engine runs smooth and stable and the planes belly doesn't have any noticeable amount of oil on it, so I have no idea where or how the oil is burning off? maybe through some piston rings issues?

The Rotax 900 series engines are not susceptible to consuming engine oil. The most likely cause is an improper oil level check procedure. If you keep adding oil, it will overfill the system, eject out the oil tank vent tube, and coat the bottom of your aircraft with the excess oil, leading you to believe you have an oil leak.
If you are concerned with the oil level, try checking it following a flight on a warm engine. If you find you have overfilled the system, then you need to drain some out to reach the proper level. The oil level should be in the middle of the flat portion of the dipstick.
Some oil system designs make it difficult to do a proper oil level check, and several factors come into play (oil line position, oil tank postion, oil cooler position, oil thermostat installed, etc.)

My oil consumption got better now after the 2nd oil change at 50 hour interval. After the last oil change, I have flown 26 hours and added 300ml resulting in 0.01L/hour which is well within the limit of 0.06 L/hour quoted in the engine manual. I will keep monitoring this and report back if the consumption surges.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah Ill keep monitoring mine and update as well.
Is your oil blackening or does it still have the dark honey color?
