Thanks Roger for the clarification. So do both Corrosion X and ACF-50 remove rust AND protect against corrosion. But T-9 only protects, but is a slightly thicker filmier coating so it protects long term better than the other two products? So if something is rusty, shoot it with CX or ACF-50 first, then coat with T-9?

The chain lube is designed to resist centrifugal forces (waxy properties) that are needed to stay on the spinning hub. It should be applied each annual. Get it clean first, then apply.
