    Hi Ken,

I don't happen to have any videos, but I would bet there are some out there on YouTube some where.

I'm using the PB3 balancer on my 914 and I'm also balancing some friends props. It's the best piece of kit on the market for the price in my opinion.I've played with a 12,000 euro Vibrex and I find the PB3 much easier to use at a fraction of the price.

While I agree with Roger that a static balance prior to dynamic is the perfect way to go, I don't static balance any more, just go straight for the dynamic, the PB3 leads you through all the steps in a very simple manner.

I'm also starting to use it to balance autogyro rotors. This has been a real problem and at first the PB3 wasn't reliable due to the very low speeds (350 rpm) involved, Mark Burton (the PB3 designer and builder) has been very helpful and even developed a new tacho sensor and accelerometer for autogyros and now I'm getting some very good results on my gyro and on others.

Mark is a very approachable guy and since you're in the UK I'd recommend you contact him.

Mike....Mark is about 20 miles from where I live...but its just to expensive for me...If I could use it commercially that would be another matter...love to have one though.

yes even though it's much cheaper than the competition, it's still a lot of money if you only use it occasionally. You need to get your aeroclub to invest in one for their aircraft and then they rent it out to private owners.

I did suggest that Mike but there was little interest unfortunately...I think I will ask again.
