After info on the tcu setup, I can access the program and it looks like the only adjustment that can be made is the throttle position, but am unsure what the other readings mean , run on windows xp early 2000 engine , now showing 1750 hrs , lap top is so old having trouble booting up ,

    Hi Greg

    The TCU program only allows  you to set up the TPS, throttle position sensor, range settings.  You have to verify zero and full open.  That then corrects for variations in linkage to the TCU and the rest is run on a map and the differentials of pressure.  There are 7 actual items that feed the login inside, most are fixed values like RPM, air temp, pressure and the like.  You can see this operation in your heavy maintenance manual.
