915/916 in a Vans RV-9… thoughts

Last week at OSH, I saw a white and yellow RV-9 (N179RV) in front of the Rotax booth with a 915iS engine. It was the sleeper of the air show I thought that looked fantastic with the extended nose and three blade propeller.
I wanted to get feedback from this community about the combination of a proven airframe with a modern engine.
