Unable to view videos?????

I see a lot of history on this. I am trying to view video on SB-912-064… It does not load on my MAC or IPAD. None of the videos I tried would except the factory promotion video. Any suggestions

    Hi Dale,


    Is it just one video or all?
    The videos are working. Failure for the video to play is usually something on the users end. It may be the program or program version you are using or a setting on your computer.

    I have a new laptop,what kind of programs should it have?

    I,Hi Dale,

    I would think most new laptops should be ready to go. The three most popular programs for videos is Real Player, Flash Player and Quicktime.
    It could also be just a security setting or something along that line in one of your settings.

    Roger,

    Took my laptop out to the airport and got on the internet at the FBO. It works okay, looks like my internet provider out in the country is the culprit.

    Roger,
    Had my IP upgrade me to premium residential with 5000 bytes speed that drops to about 1000 when trying to view the video. It starts okay but then begins starting and stopping like before with garbled voice. I cannot make it play in low resolution it continues to jump back to high or it shows low and then both low and high voices are playing.
    I can play all the I Pad compatible videos no problem. Are ya'll planning to convert all the videos to I Pad compatible? Any ideas of some setting somewhere that needs to be changed?
