Most people in the UK use copper grease on spark plug threads (and exhaust studs) to stop them seizing. It's been used for decades in this way and doesn't seem to cause any issues.
I read a service bulletin for ngk that suggests not using anti seize on plugs with the shiny anti seize coating . if you put anti seize on you need to reduce torque by 20-30percent .
