Does SB-912-064 apply to me ????

I thought I had this all figured out once, but now I'm confused again.
I bought my Rotax from Zenith, which came from Lockwood. On some paperwork it was listed as a 912S, and on other paperwork it was listed as 912ULS.
My S/N is 6777733.
If I look at the short form SB, it lists my S/N under Applicability on 912ULS.
The log form SB does not list my S/N under 912S.
Would I be right in assuming I definitely have the 912ULS, and disregard any reference I may have to 912S ??????
As a second question...If this SB applies to me, who carries the special tool required to make the check ???? I can't find it listed anywhere online.
