I had the high CHT on just the rear right cylinder. Only two probes in my aircraft. After reading lots of your post and following lots of suggestions. I was able to find the problem. The heat shield on a wire bundle had slipped about 1/2 inch allowing the probe wire to rest on the hot engine. Relocated the shield and the high CHT went away.
