As stated by rotax 912 manuals the bing 64 carburetor uses a bowl vent nipple for :

1) atmosferic venting / bowl pressure reference;
2) gasoline overflow in case bowl float needle malfunctions.

But this vent nipple is located higher than carb throat/venturi/main jet etc.

It is ok for venting function, no problem.

but for overflowing function, when bowl is full, isn't more easy for fuel to spill in the throat using main jet? This is lower (and with less pressure-being in the venturi) than the higher Venting nipple at atmosferic pressure.

Even ignoring different pressures it seems basic comunicating vessel priciple.

Am i losing something? .

    If I understand you correctly yes this is where we all connect a tube for venting. If you have the standard Rotax aluminum round airbox then the vent tube on each carb connects back onto the small nipples on each end of the airbox.
    If you do not have the Rotax airbox then many take and run a short 4 inch polyvinyl tube from the vent and tuck it under and along side the carb bowl under the bale that holds the carb bowl on. You want the pressure on the tubes to be equal. If pressure to one carb is different from the other then a fuel imbalance will happen in one of the carbs and the engine will run a little rough.

    And on the topic of carb vent lines, you might want to check out this video: Rotax Minute - 912 Carburetor Vent Lines ...

    I have seen on a few installations where the vent tube is fed back to the air filter, the factory built mto giros do this.

    I myself and several friends have run the vent tubes into the back of the air filters; have been running fine for 700 hours. This is exactly what is done when you have the Rotax airbox.

    Would it be acceptable to route carb vent lines into the rear end of the K & N air filter? Would this give equal pressure for carb bowls? I have my carb vents joined in tee.
