TLR program for 914

There are a number of "oddities" in different builds of Windows 10 that can break the TCU software package.

Also, have you tried opening the TLR installation folder, and right-clicking on "TLR46.cmd" and "run as Administrator"??

PS: In the Windows Explorer (file explorer) make sure you can see file extensions, by clicking on the tab 'View' and checking the box 'File Name Extensions'...

Thanks for the replies. I am opening it up as administrator and it still gives me the same error. 
I read the other thread you pointed me to and tried typing TLR46a.exe and got error 68 program terminated. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program again and still no luck.

im not good with coding but can follow instructions. I think the issue is with the coding of the program itself, any other ideas?

"Error 68" is an inherent flaw with 'certain' configurations of Windows.  We have no "reliable" fix for that at the moment - some people can get around it, many others have found it 100% BRICK WALL (suggest you try another machine!)
