914 exhaust wrapping

Auto parts store. It comes in 2" wide and in a 50' roll so you'll have plenty if you need to ever replace it. About $50. 

Thanks to everybody for their input. I’ll wrap them and I’ll be very cautious with how the layers overlap. I hope that the temperatures under the cowling will be at least a bit lower.  Once again, thank you all for your thoughts and suggestions.

If you are unsure look at the recommendations that come with the wrap.  Here is one type on a Harley bike.  Note the overlap and remember that it will be damp when you wrap it, keep it tight.

Just Google "Titanium Exhaust Heat Wrap" and you will get dozens of hits at under $20 from Amazon or your local Auto Parts stores.
Available in 1" and 2" widths.
