I guess monitors got bigger fish to fry, this subject and concerns will go dormant pending ROTAX response

I finally ended up getting a whole new fuel pump assembly. This seems to have corrected the problem and my pressures are more stable than ever. The new pumps are much louder than the old ones though.

Not sure you are saving anything by turning off one pump in cruise. Seems like running both would decrease the load on each one and perhaps increase their longevity.

What is a ball park cost factor for the part, if you don’t mind? Thank you Doug, glad issue resolved!

I paid $1800 for the whole assembly. Single pump was $680 or so and there was an unknown wait time. Wanted to fly sooner without worry. I now have spare parts too.
