Flashing Lane Lights

I am having problems with a recently built Skyranger Nynja with a 912iS engine.
The pre starting procedure is as the manual and both A & B lane lights cycle and extinguish. However on energising the starter and subsequent engine run both lane lights start flashing. The BUDS Diagnostic mode Health page shows highlighted fields in red, ‘Generator Select failsafe’ for both A&B lanes. Both generator outputs and the rectified/regulated values are normal on entry to the fuse box.

If anybody has had experience of this and can provide guidance I would be grateful.
