You might to read through this post. It concerns a similar problem that ended up being solved by cleaning the wiring terminals at coil SP-4. Not the plug wire terminals, but rather the wiring harness terminals.
Thank you for the lead, I will look into cleaning those.

Im trying to find someone who has one. Thanks for the replies.

So I believe I have fixed this issue with new plugs.
Since it was a Lane A (coil 1,3) caution indicating cylinder 3/4 ignition fault (coil 3), I replaced plugs 3B and 4B which feed from coil 3. In 2+ hours of flying and numerous approaches under conditions that would repeatedly show this fault I haven’t seen it since.
Thanks for all the advice.

I agree on checking/cleaning the cables and connectors. Just found a similar problem on my 915iS. On my takeoff roll Lane B light would come on and stay one. Sometimes, I could toggle it off, and sometimes not. I have dual G3X displays and all the engine data was in the green, but I was getting an "ECU" error.
Very perplexing. It turned out to be a bad spark plug wire on cylinder 2. Had to find a shop with a BUDS Dongle and it pointed to an ignition error. I know BUDS Dongles cost an arm and a leg, but I think I will invest in one.
