Wouldn't you want to slide it IN to get more throttle arm travel with a fixed amount of cable travel?

That's right! I need 1/4'' of throttle travel on my throttle control but can't figure out how to get it. It seems I can't adjust it to get the 1/4'' to 3/8'' left on the control lever when I'm full throttle. Is the throttle control lever usually adjustable or not?

The amount of throw is determined by the manufacturer of the throttle lever.
It may be adjustable, maybe not. ???
Have you contacted JUST® Aircraft support about the issue?

Does the throttle Lever in the Cockpit have adjustable end stops? (A Common feature!)
If it is not adjustable you may need to disassemble the throttle lever and have the mounting hole slotted by a machinist.
To get more travel it needs to go further OUT on the Cockpit lever to get more cable travel,
or IN (Not likely) on the Carburetor arms to make better use of the existing travel.

Before you get this drastic, let's see a picture of the cable ends and throttle lever assembly.
Sometimes another set of eyes can see what the problem really is.

Again! Did it ever work correctly? What was touched?
And, what 912 is this? ULS, iS?
