This should not be this difficult!

As I stated earlier, it is highly unlikely you will cross reference your "External" pump to a production automobile.

What is the Part Number stamped on the pump?

    The internet is your friend.
    Just search the part number.

Check out THIS as a start.

Again, What is the Part Number stamped on the pump?

    Internet says...

Pierburg 7.21440.78 pump was used in...

    Renault - 5 Super 1.4 Turbo GT (C405) --- A.K.A. Renault R5 GT Turbo (1397cc)
    Engine Code 840.730
    Jan 1985 to May 1991

It is on the Pierburg Sheet as one of the most commonly used designs.

    Imperial Specs would be
    12 volts
    Medium pressure,
    15 psi @ 25 gal/hr Nominal Flow
    25 psi Max Static Pressure
    1/2" Inlet, 3/8" Outlet.

You are looking for a Universal Style Fuel pump (~15psi) for Throttle Body Injected (TBI) Turbo Charged engines.
NOT the more typical Multiport Injected (MPI) engines that typically inject at 40-70 psi

A Walbro GSL395 would be a reasonable replacement.
It doesn't look like you will find a replacement for under $100 USD.

    Hi to all,

The Pierburg's pump model is E1F and is a generic pump model for several automobil installations. This is the exact pump Rotax uses in 914. Pireburg part no 7.21440.78.0 .

First I want to thank you gentleman for helping me find the proper exact pump that is on my Rotax 914 , I think the main thing is pump pressure, I believe 7.5 to 8.0 psi. is about the maximum pressure Rotax recommends, my pressure runs about 5.0 to 6.0 psi. And I think that is about .5 bar.
