Bob yep I got the right Bob. Next time I fly, I'll watch the fuel pressure real close when I descend to attempt to duplicate your experiences real close.

Sorry to hear some of you are still having problems. I replaced my original pump with the new one and the pressure has been rock solid ever since. RV-12 912ULS.

Peter, my 912 has 13 hours (2 years old but brand new). Has been running rough and lean. Have checked everything by the manual. Still have the same problem. Next item is to check the fuel pump. Engine running rough but when I engage the choke about 20%, it runs like a clock - but this is not the way it should work. Do you suspect the fule pump to be the problem.

    Steve,

Doubt its the fuel pump. You say you've checked everything. First thing would be to make sure the plugs are gapped right and that the plug wires are on the right plugs. Next I would check the carbs...are they synched? If worst come to worst, you can always pull them and reset the jets. Also, I am assuming that your A and B ignition modules are working okay independent of each other.

    Hi Steve,

Sounds like a clogged idle jet or something in that circuit. Do the carbs sync at idle or are they fairly far off? If one carb is pulling a lot more vacuum than the other then that carb is the culprit and needs to come off and be cleaned inside and out. Pay special attention to the idle circuit.
