Seems like the remote mount sender fixed the issue.

Video is running it to 4 to 4500 room.
Ran it to full throttle on taxi way and seemed to stay steady at 40psi.

    Thanks for all the help!

Just need to finish the fire sleeve now

    Hope this helps some:

The fire sleeve should go all the way up over the clamp to the base of the fitting. The pictures above leave hose exposed in case of a fire they will burn and dump flammable liquid. Either End Dip or End wrap should be used to prevent fluids from working back into the fire sleeve and to help protect the hose in the fire sleeve.
Fire sleeve should not be back so far to leave exposed rubber hose. I see some without the End Wrap on the end of the fire sleeve, but it should go up over the rubber hose all the way and the fire sleeve should be clamped. The standard and proper clamp is a Band-It clamp.
Bill had a nice picture above.

here are a few old pictures I had. You can see in one where fuel has seeped into the fire sleeve end. You can see where someone smeared red silicone in the end of the fire sleeve. DO NOT do this. What a PITA to have to deal with later. You can see where n Oetiker clamp is used on a fuel hose (good). You can see where a Band-It clamp is being applied to the end of a fire sleeve. You can see a Band-It tool in use for the fire sleeve end. There is a picture of a Wurth Zebra worm drive clamp on a fire sleeve and all though not the top choice will work just fine. Last you see after you apply a Band-It clamp it has a very sharp tab left. Use a pair of needle nose pliers and turn it around under itself and flatten it to make a smooth end that won't slice someones arm.

...I canceled my order and will get that stuff...

    Why not get BOTH.
A couple of simple tests would be interesting to perform.
You could let us know if there is any difference between the $4 and the $30 products.

Or, if you would be willing to send me an inch or two of the Parker tape I would be willing to test them side by side.
After all, this is what "Experimental" Aviation is all about.

Or just have the hoses professionally made and have the fire sleeve crimped with a metal band to the fitting.
