I recently got a solid Lane A during a runup.  The BUDS report shows an Ignition/Injection Driver Fault.  Has anyone experienced this?  If so, what was the solution?  We tested all of the Injectors and they seem to be OK.

Even though you threw an error code it could have been just vibration or a connection not well seated and vibration caused a momentary wiggle at the connect which through the error code. I've seen this a many times. The ECU records the engine 10 times per second. So if there is a momentary glitch that's not a true problem it can throw the error code. I would do a little more testing first before you lose any sleep over it or throw any money at it. It could be a one off thing  and just inspect the connectors for the issue you say it is. One thing I found helps at times is I seperate the connector at issue and apply a dab of dielectric grease on the end and push it back in firmly. The big majority of the time the error code goes away. Of course if it doesn't then more troubleshooting is needed.
