    Hi Guys,

Rotax isn't ignoring it at all. Only some of the older cases had the problem and they are handling it on a case by case basis.

    Hi Roger

I am suprised and pleased to hear you say that .... can you please advise how we can get Rotax to 'handle' our individual situations?? I have submitted a query on their website and I have heard nothing in return which does concern me. If you can advise what those affected by this issue should be doing then please speak up, or even send me a PM if you have a contact or anything.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

They won't respond to the warranty issue directly. You need to go through a Rotax Service Center".

Gentlemen, if you are certain you have a product issue file a Customer Service Information Report(CSIR). You can do that right from this web site by clicking on the "Support" button along the top of this page then scrolling down to "File a Customer Service Information Report"!

Make sure you supply as much information as possible about your issue including photos if possible. The more complete the data the less wasted time in going back and forth because you'll be asked for it anyways!

A copy will go to the Rotax Distributor in your area as well as Rotax themselves providing it is a legit report and not just some idle venting. Using this method allows for repetitive technical issues to be identified and is the absolute best way to get your problem acted on.

    Good luck......
